I graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (currently SWPS University), where I obtained a master's degree in psychology.

I completed psychotherapeutic training in the psychoanalytical trend at the Institute of Group Analysis "Rasztów", which is certified by the Scientific Section of Psychotherapy of the Polish Psychiatric Association and recommended by the Polish Psychological Association. I have completed training preparing for therapeutic work with an individual patient and for group analysis. I am in the certification process.

I graduated from the Addiction and Co-Addiction Therapy Study at the Institute of Health Psychology. I participate in numerous workshops and seminars to deepen my knowledge of sexology.

I gained psychotherapeutic experience, e.g. in the Family Clinic at ul. Zakopiańska, the Damian Medical Center, the Psychotherapy Center of the Nowowiejski Hospital, and the Mazowiecki Bródnowski Hospital at the Psychiatric Ward. I also led social therapy groups and support for teenagers aged 13-15. I have also worked with commercial consultants.

I run workshops developing communication skills as well as development workshops deepening individual areas of mental life.

I provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults and teenagers from the age of 16. I regularly supervise my psychotherapeutic work.
