Many problems are unclear and difficult to understand. Thanks to cooperation with a psychotherapist it becomes possible to identification and subsequent resolution.
I encourage psychotherapeutic work with people who suffer from:
Reluctance to live or professional burnout
Life crisis
for example: problems after breakup with a partner or losing a job.
Problems in close relationships
Creating unfair relationships, a sense of dissatisfaction in close relationship, strong jealousy, experiencing betrayal or a tendency to cheat on their partners.
Difficulties in understanding and controlling strong anger
Unstable or low self-esteem
Feeling inadequate worries, it can be manifested through reactions in the body such as palpitations, sweating, dizziness, nausea, gastric problems. Anxiety can take the form of fear of health, rejection or loss.
Obsessive thoughts and behaviours
Intrusive thoughts and compulsion to repeat specific activities e.g. frequent hand washing, counting steps to reduce tension. Dysmorphophobia-distorted image of one's own body
Eating disorders e.g. anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating
Problems in social relationships, peer or professional groups
Anxiety
Expressed through feelings of inadequate anxiety, they can manifest themselves through reactions in the body such as palpitations, sweating, dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal problems. May take the form of fears about one's health, rejection, loss.
Depressive states
a sense of inconsistency between thoughts, feelings and behavior can manifest as remorse related to behavior inconsistent with professed values or intentions, inadequate reactions, excessive anger in stressful situations.
Recurring memories of experienced trauma
Behavioural addictions e.g. internet addiction, shopping addiction
Difficulty in understanding one's emotions and behaviour
Feelings of inconsistency between thoughts, feelings and behaviour, may manifest as remorseful behaviour inconsistent with professed values or intention, inadequate reactions, excessive anger in stressful situations.
Unrequited bereavement
Dismissal of past events, lack of acceptance of the current state after the loss, fear, anxiety, tearfulness, loss of drive to live.
